TVS
This home features one Smart TV located in the living room. Use the black remote to turn on the TV and the cogeco remote for the cable. Feel free to use Netflix, Crave, Paramount & Disney +. You will require your own login details. Don't forget to log out before you leave!

HEATING & COOLING
Heating: 

There are thermostats throughout the house in each room. Adjust the temperature with the up and down arrows as necessary.

 

Cooling:
For air conditioning, you will find a wall-mounted unit located in the living room, to the right of the fireplace. You can turn it on and off using the white remote control located in the living room. To cool the chalet efficiently, we recommend leaving it running and keeping the doors to the different rooms open during the day.

FIREPLACE

The fireplaces located in the living room upstairs and downstairs are wood-burning fireplaces. Please note that wood is not provided, and never leave the chalet without ensuring the fire is completely out.

BBQ
TThe barbecue runs on propane. Please turn off the valve and clean the grill after each use. It is also important to put the cover back on the barbecue once you are done using it.

DISHWASHER
The dishwasher works best on normal mode. To operate, load dishes and dish pods. We ask for any dirty dishes to be loaded into the dishwasher and started before you leave.

COFFEE MACHINE
There is a filter coffee machine, we provide coffee, filters, and sugar for your arrival!.Regular drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee machine. We provide a few Keurig pods for your arrival, as well as coffee, filters, and sugar for the drip coffee maker.

HOT TUB
The hot tub is private. It is located outside the chalet, in the garden. Please note that it is cleaned after each departure. 

IMPORTANT :

Please always close the hot tub cover after each use. No food is allowed in the hot tub, and glass containers or bottles are strictly prohibited. You are responsible for supervising your children or anyone with difficulties while using it. We are not responsible for any accidents related to the hot tub.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Please bring garbage bags and recycling to the bins located across the gravel road at the front of the driveway. 

 

PARKING
There is space to fit up to 5 vehicles in the front parking area.

House Rules

NOISE
Noise that disrupts the peace and enjoyment of neighbours will not be tolerated. If any fines or penalties are issued, they will be collected from your deposit or through additional means as required.

SMOKING
No smoking inside. Any signs including smell or visual evidence will be documented and a $1000 fine will be issued.

DAMAGE
Damage must be reported to our Guest Support Team to be assessed and discussed prior to departure. We understand accidents happen; we are here to assist and help when you notify us.

Pets are allowed but must be declared and added to the reservation (additional fees apply).
