Home Information
TVS
This home features one Smart TV located in the living room. Use the Cogeco remote to turn on and navigate. Feel free to use Netflix, Crave, Paramount & Disney+. You will require your own login details. Don't forget to log out before you leave!
FIREPLACE
There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room. Please note that wood is not provided, and never leave the apartment without ensuring the fire is completely out.

HEATING & COOLING
For heating, you can adjust the temperature using the thermostats located on the walls throughout the rooms of the chalet.
For air conditioning, you will find a unit on the second floor across from the stairs, as well as additional units on the third floor. You can turn them on/off and adjust the temperature using the remote controls located nearby. To cool the chalet effectively, you can turn on all the units and leave the doors open.
BBQ
The BBQ uses propane. Please turn off the valve and clean the grill as best you can after each use.
DISHWASHER
The dishwasher works best on normal mode. To operate, load dishes and dish pods. We ask for any dirty dishes to be loaded into the dishwasher and started before you leave.
HOT TUB
1. Lift the spa cover. Fold it in half, then lift the mechanism backwards.
2. Press the first three buttons to activate the jets (pump 1, 2, and blower).
3. Turn on the lights if desired.
4. Do not press the "economy" mode. The mode should not be changed and should display NOECO
COFFEE MACHINE
There is a Keurig coffee machine and also a Cuisinart drip/filter coffee machine that uses grind coffee beans.
House Rules
PARKING
There is space to fit up to 6 vehicles in the front parking area.
NOISE
Noise that disrupts the peace and enjoyment of neighbors will not be tolerated. If any fines or penalties are issued, they will be collected from your deposit or through additional means as required.
SMOKING
No smoking inside. Any signs including smell or visual evidence will be documented and a $1000 fine will be issued.
DAMAGE
Damage must be reported to our Guest Support Team to be assessed and discussed prior to departure. We understand accidents happen; we are here to assist and help when you notify us.
PETS
This is a pet friendly home. However if you have brought a pet without checking ahead you may be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Please bring garbage bags and recycling to the bins adjacent to the driveway.

Is there a shuttle?
No need to drive! All public transportation is free in Tremblant. A shuttle is available every 30 minutes to take you to Tremblant Village for free. You can check the shuttle schedule at this link, scroll down the page until you see this:

There's a small supermarket located in the old village (Bonichoix) about 10 mins away.
